  • Refund Method: Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, refunds will be processed as a store credit or replacement product, depending on the nature of the issue.
  • No Online Payments: Since no online payments are accepted, we do not issue cash refunds via electronic payment methods. Refunds or exchanges are processed through delivery of a replacement product or as store credit for future purchases.
